We made some new friends yesterday in the store. They were Orly and Michelle (not pictured) from California, USA. They have a clothing brand named Cukui (Cook•koo•ee). We thought the concept was pretty interesting and they got some cool stuff there as well. Definitely check them out. It was great getting to know them. Hopefully we will meet again and perhaps an opportunity to work together someday. Btw, thanks for the sticker. We promise we will send some stuff over once we get our stickers printed.

How did your Lunar New Year celebration go? We hope all of you had a great time like us. It's been great hanging out with family and friends over lots of beer and gambling. Great time really passed by faster than we knew it. And now, we are back in business at Geseho Flagship Store. However, it is believed that on the first day of work after the lunar new year, you gotto take it easy in order to have a smooth and hardship free year ahead. You know we are down with that and that is precisely what we gonna do. Chillin' in the store and taking off early today.

This is the first time we are celebrating Chinese New Year in our flagship store. And we will be opened today till 5pm for yall last minute CNY shoppers.
Geseho Flagship Store will then be closed on 14th, 15th & 16th Feb and be back on Wednesday, 17th Feb.
Geseho would like to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year and a prosperous 2010 ahead. Get drunk and start a new year fresh.

Geseho will be throwing a Geseho Flagship Store official opening party this friday, 22nd Jan, 2010.
Our store is located at 390 Victoria Street, #01-22 Golden Landmark, Singapore 188061.
(Nearest train station is Bugis, 5 mins stroll, situated along North Bridge Rd, facing Haji Lane)
Party starts at 7pm SGT.
We have got free food and beer installed for yall along with ol' skool rock & roll/metal to rock the party.
Yeah... thats how we roll.
And for this occasion, Geseho will be releasing an opening t-shirt and a work shirt at 6.45pm SGT at the party.

No One Knows Anything At All

Kelvin Tan, an alternative singer-songwriter and also guitarist for The Oddfellows, stopped by our store yesterday with coffee and a bag full of ideas. If you missed out our earlier post on him, check it out HERE. A good man with lots of passion for music. We had a good chat about life, work, art, music, fashion and our street scene. When Kelvin opened up his bag, ideas started flowing and we were bouncing them off each other. The whole conversation was pretty inspiring.

The conversation continued today. Its overwhelming now.

Today, we received a nice gift from our friendly neighbor, Dinky Di Store. They have tons of things piled up like mountains in the store. Everything from old watches, clocks, brass ship instruments, jewelleries, antiques, cameras and anything you can think of. And if you are luck enough, you might find some treasures in there like this German helmet we got. Go check them out at Golden Landmark and let the friendly owner know that Geseho send you down.

What's Up 2010

Geseho started out in fall 2007. And we have since then based ourselves in our car garage, Geseho Motor Works, as a guerilla store. There have been lots of good fun and hard work for the past 2 years.
The upcoming 2010 is gonna mark a new chapter for Geseho with our newly opened flagship store. We are real stoke about it and are eagerly looking forward to a whole new year of challenges. Geseho hereby like to take this opportunity to thank all our family and friends for the love and support.

its been a while since we last get a chance to sit down with our computer.

As some of you may have known, we have already opened up our very first flagship store here in Singapore.
We are real stoke about it.
